How is Resilient Monroe! Funded?

The Kresge Foundation (Troy, Michigan) has provided LIAA a major grant of funds to support efforts to increase resilience in three Michigan communities. Additionally, the Americana Foundation (Novi, Michigan) has provided LIAA a separate grant to support civic engagement efforts associated with this project. LIAA is also contributing significant in-kind services to support Resilient Monroe.

The City of Monroe has agreed to provide $15,000 in matching funds to support this project as well as staff support services. Additionally, Frenchtown and Monroe Charter Townships have agreed to provide $5,000 each in matching funds as well as staff support services.
